add a ingame voting system

adding a command for ::vote to bring up vote site for easy acess and mabe adding a ::voteshop? and giving some kind of reward doesnt have to be pure cash can be a choice such as vote points or a item such as 10k runes of a certain kind or somthing in this general idea

Yes we are almost done with the voting system.
Also the vote shop has almost been done. any ideas about items for vote shop would be welcome.

varies options should be certain amount of cash mabe 5m or more depending on eco, a certain amount of potions. such as 100xsuper restores, or even barrows armour seeing as not everyone likes to barrows, also even godswords a a somewhat high and decent price to make it fair just simple items like this i can also say that if u want good list make another topic in news and ask people to post what items they would like to see and make a brodcast in game telling people to go to the forums and look and make a post on it this should be the best way to know what items should be added
